Here's an annoying hand from my set with Izzy, you're in 2 Spades with silent opps and the diamond Jack is led:

Dummy:

2 / T964 / AQ65 / J652

Your hand:

AK8653 / J53 / K2 / K7

I drew 2 rounds of trump and played 3 rounds of diamonds to shake one of my heart losers.

Lefty ruffed, defense didn't slip, and I was down (I never saw dummy again and so lost 2 spades (3-3 all along) 2 hearts and 2 clubs (ace was onside but I had to play them out of my hand.)

Of course, if I pound spades and they're 4-2, I'm down off the top.  The only way I make with 4-2 spades (barring some weird blockage) is to take the heart pitch (as I did) and then play a club and hope the ace is onside.
